• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
• Will Call tickets are available for pick-up during normal box office hours. You must present a photo ID to receive your tickets.
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre provides a high number of fully-trained staff to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons. If you need general, medical or security assistance, please see any venue employee located throughout the venue.
• Items allowed in this venue include: snack food in clear, plastic, gallon-size bag soft sided cooler, factory sealed plastic bottle of water (20 oz. maximum, one per person), low profile beach chair (no taller than 9? off the ground), and diaper bags when a child is present. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• First Midwest Bank is proud to provide theatre guests with several ATMs throughout the facility. For locations, please ask any available staff member.
• Parking fee is included in the price of your ticket unless otherwise noted. Premier Parking is available for advance purchase.
• All tickets are non-refundable.

• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Smoking is not permitted in the covered seating area
• While there is no specific dress code requirement, we do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
• Interpreter services and assisted listening devices are available upon request. Please contact the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at least one week prior to the event date to arrange these services.
• Should you require medical attention, First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre provides trained, professional medical response teams during each event. Our first aid building is next to Gate 3.
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre has many clean and accessible restrooms located throughout the facility.
• Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa?, MasterCard?, Discover, and cash. If paying by credit card, you must be the cardholder and present a matching state issued photo identification. Box Office service charge: $5.00 per ticket in advance, $6.00 per ticket on the day of the show.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: weapons, alcohol, drugs, lawn chairs over 9? from the ground, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, ice chests, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks, outside food or beverage (except as noted) and video and audio recording devices (unless otherwise noted).

Dropping-off and picking-up guests is easy at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. After entering any of the amphitheatre's main gates, drivers will be directed to the designated drop off area at Gate 5. When picking-up guests, drivers should return to the drop off site at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at least 45 minutes before the performance ends. Please note that it is very important to return on time. Police will not allow late-comers onto First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre grounds until all vehicles have exited the facility.

• Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. Please confirm with the venue on the day of the show to confirm photo policy. Should photography be permitted, please note that only disposable, small digital and non-professional film cameras are permitted. Generally speaking, if a camera has a detachable lens, it will be considered ?professional?.

• Tailgating is not permitted at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre.
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre is committed to the responsible consumption of alcohol. Guests drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age and provide identification when purchasing alcohol. Precautions such as wrist-banding may take place to encourage a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
